Maxinodes Ltd is not currently VAT-registered, and no VAT is charged on our prices. The prices shown in our pricing and at checkout are the total amounts payable. This will change if and when we register for VAT, at which point a VAT registration number will be published here and applicable VAT will be shown on invoices.

Where our services are hosted

We operate our Services from enterprise data centres in the Netherlands. Encrypted backups are stored within the EU/EEA only, and we do not transfer hosted service data to third countries. Operational incidents are communicated on our Status Page at status.maxinodes.com.

Resold Email — Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace mailboxes that we resell — is an exception: those mailboxes live in your own Microsoft or Google tenant, not on Maxinodes infrastructure, and are governed by Microsoft’s or Google’s own terms, data processing agreements and service levels.
